Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one Petron77 account. Where the Platform detects the existence of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual — whether identified by name, date of birth, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying attribute — Petron77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any wagers placed, and withold any associated balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time provided that: (a) your account has completed KYC verification; (b) you have met any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) your account is in good standing with no pending security or compliance review.
Petron77 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX transfers during standard operational hours. Processing times for other methods, or for requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows, may vary. Complex withdrawal requests or those flaged for additional compliance review may take up to five (5) business days.
Withdrawals are ordinarily paid to the same payment method used for deposit ("source-of-funds" policy). Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, Petron77 will process payment via an alternative method at its discretion, subject to applicable KYC documentation being provided.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account cashier. VIP-tier players may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as specified within the VIP Programme terms.
Petron77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms issued at the time of the promotion, which supplement and, where they conflict, supersede the general bonus provisions in this section.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement — the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus converts to Real Money Funds eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are stated as a numeric multiplier (e.g., "20x") applied to the bonus amount only, unless the promotion specifies deposit-plus-bonus ("20x D+B").
Not all games contribute equally towards meeting Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. Specific contribution percentages are published within each promotion's terms.
Bonus Funds and any winings derived from them that remain unconverted at the end of the stated bonus validity period will be forfeited automatically. Bonus validity periods are specified in individual promotion terms and range from seven (7) to thirty (30) days from the date of credit.
Petron77 reserves the right to void any bonus, withold associated winings, and suspend an account where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to meet Wagering Requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
All games offered on the Petron77 platform are governed by individual game rules presented within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. Petron77 accepts no liability for wagers placed as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical error, interruption, or malfunction during a game session, Petron77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked amounts to the player's account. Winings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session are not payable.
For live dealer games streamed from studio facilities, the decision of the dealer and the applicable studio rules take precedence in all matters of game resolution. Petron77 facilitates access to these games but does not operate the live dealer studios directly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Petron77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable adjustments (e.g., voided bonus winings) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any pending investigations. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon termination.
